Dorset Moviola
Dorset Moviola brings quality cinema to all parts of rural Dorset.
Films range from brand new mainstream releases to a selection of new foreign language films and the occasional classic. They are presented using high quality Digital Light Projection onto a large screen with stereophonic sound. Most shows also feature short films shown before an interval when refreshments may be available. Some of these shorts are made locally and provide a unique opportunity for young film-makers to have their work shown on the big screen in front of an audience.
The Cerne Abbas Village Hall is proud to be adding itself to Dorset Moviola. The experience of walking to our Hall to enjoy a film with other members of our community is something very special. No worries about travel or parking or security - this is quality entertainment on our door step. And the relatively low cost of £5 for a superb evening's entertainment means that it is truly available to everyone.
